Tramsheds will welcome dessert queen and internationally acclaimed pastry and dessert chef, Christy Tania who is renowned for her pressure test thrilling creation, The Floating Ice Cream. She will be hosting her very own pop-up event from Saturday 23rd September – Sunday 24th September 2017 where guests can learn tips and tricks from Christy herself or purchase her delectable creations.
This year has seen Christy Tania grace our screens as one of Masterchef’s favourite guest judges, consistently pushing boundaries and wowing audiences with spectacular, jaw-dropping dessert creations that just make you want to lick your TV screen.
Sydneysiders will get the chance to learn from the celebrity chef herself at Tramsheds in September at her pop up event where she will host 4 masterclasses. Guests will learn to recreate one of her famous desserts and have the opportunity to purchase her Frozen Smores, which are exclusively available at her Melbourne store, Glacé and will be able to take foodie snaps with the dessert queen herself.
Classically trained in France for advanced pastry art at L’Ecole Nationale Superieure de la Patisserie, Christy Tania’s culinary career has seen her work in numerous fine-dining restaurants such as Michelin L’Espadon within the famous Ritz Hotel in Paris and Guy Savoy in Singapore. She has also recently opened her own artisanal ice-cream parlour, Glacé in Melbourne.
