This weekend, Mirvac Retail’s Shopper Hopper will be celebrating its 1st Birthday, offering guests exclusive party treats onboard and party favours ranging from souvenier gift bags to free Hello Sydney discount cards from the 15th to 17th September.
Since its inception, the Shopper Hopper has quickly solidified its position as a key tourism offering in Sydney – hosting 12,200 guests from across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malyasia, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Hong Kong and the Philippines.
Mirvac Retail National Tourism and Destinations Manager, Gemma Bosworth commented, “We’re incredibly excited to be celebrating the Shopper Hoppers 1st Birthday this weekend!
“It’s been an outstanding first year for the service, which is being consistently assessed and adapted to suit an ever-changing tourism market. Our primary target audience are both domestic and international visitors to Sydney who are looking for a distinctive shopping experience.

The only service of its kind on the Sydney Harbour, the Shopper Hopper is looking to further increase its position in the tourism market and with continued support of its partner Fantasea, hopes to encourage over 16,000 Sydney visitors to explore, shop and dine across the Sydney Harbour in the 2018 financial year.
The Shopper Hopper runs seven days a week and runs to a schedule that visits Circular Quay, Darling Harbour’s Harbourside Shopping Centre and Birkenhead Point – Mirvac’s most recently unveiled re-furbished centre, seeing the addition of global luxury giants, Bally, Harrolds, Coach, Michael Kors and Zanerobe.
