• Greenwood Plaza welcomes Burgers By Josh and Blue 36 Cafe Restaurant

Popular eatery, Burgers By Josh, and new concept café, Blue 36 Cafe Restaurant, have opened their doors at Greenwood Plaza Shopping Centre. The new restaurants will join the likes of Italian Street Kitchen, Thr1ve, Swiss Deli, Bun Me and Fogo Brazilia in the shopping centre’s recently revitalised food court, The Atrium.

Starting as a pop-up at the Upper Deck at Greenwood Plaza in 2014, Burgers by Josh has fast become known as one of the best burgers in Sydney with owner and head chef, Josh Arthur, bringing his passion for all things burgers and American cuisine to numerous pop-up venues across the city.

Greenwood Plaza customers can now enjoy the restaurant’s signature boozy milkshakes, boutique beer and indulgent burgers any day of the week with menu highlights including Angry Anderson with double Wagyu patty, crispy bacon, cheese and special sauce; and the Fat Tony with double wagyu, rocket-smoked Texan BBQ sauce, crispy AF bacon and potato buns.

Mr Arthur, commented, “My first ever pop-up was at Greenwood Plaza so it’s great to be back in the same place my journey begun. We will be introducing weekly and daily specials alongside our regular menu to celebrate the opening and I look forward to meeting lots of new, and hopefully regular, faces!”

Burgers By Josh joins new restaurant Blue 36, a brand new concept introduced by Jin Ko and Thomas Kang. Friends since high school, Ko and Kang will provide a unique Australian style brunch and dinner experience, offering uncomplicated good food to North Sydney.

For breakfast, customers can expect Australian favourites such as smashed avocado, eggs benedict and a classic Vegemite cheese toastie. For lunch, there’s the Blue 36 Super Food Salad complete with quinoa, mixed seeds and nuts, balsamic vinegar, grilled haloumi, lentils, Spanish onion and parsley all tied together with a fresh lemon dressing; there are also a range of burgers on offer for those looking for a heartier meal. The café will also be open for dinner, offering a fine dining pub-style menu with an Asian twist.

A relaxed cultural dining experience, Greenwood Plaza offers an internal food journey under one roof, complete with free Wi-Fi, newly refurbished seating and ambient design and décor.
